Top 8 MouTube segments (a.k.a. The One with way too many Embedded Videos)

While talking to semified and Andra in my last post's comment section, I figured there must be a lot of people out there that don't have as much patience and/or time to waste as me, and have given up on Haromoni@ long ago... Missing some interesting stuff in the process. To me, at least. While last week's episode was the first to be completely members-only, member segments have been appearing on MouTube for quite some time, and I always thought there were some interesting ones. I've gathered and uploaded every one of them since HM@ 2008-02-03, which was about the time they started appearing... I don't have the episodes before that with me, so I can't be sure. I know there was one GakiKame segment before that, I'll upload it when I have the chance. So, now you can watch your favorite member's appearance, without having to go through the dog that rides a bicycle, the bartender penguin (that one was interesting, actually), the guy who stops a remote controlled car perfectly in a very tight parking slot... OK, enough of that.

But still, it's not like these segments are all of the same quality. Anyway, let me organize them in a quick Top 8 (because there's not enough for 10) ^_^

01 - GakiKame

Obvious choice, just look at the things they do in these videos. And they're so cute <3 It must take a lot of time to plan and film one of these, I guess that's why it's not so regular as some others... But it's worth waiting <3 I'll miss these if MouTube ends.

02 - Air XX (JunJun & LinLin)

These videos helped me make my mind about the Pandas - JunJun is the cute one (just look at how she usually finishes the videos with a smile and a peace sign) while LinLin is the crazy one. And it makes me think they could be the best thing to happen since TsujiKago... But then the videos end and I get back to reality.

03 - Memory

Look! It's a game segment!

Now, if they just put some food or penalty in this, I could put it on first place.

04 - Aichan

Aichan has some strange segments and some of them are boring, but I like them anyway. Maybe I have a crazy enough sense of humor to match hers? And I just knew that baby was going to cry... Never try to play with babies, I know that very well, those little ungrateful... Err... Next!

05 - Reina

I don't know what to make of her segments... First it featured a Kamei drawing (Pikachu), and that can't get too bad, right? Then, the next episode she had a segment, it changed style completely, to some torture like investigation techniques... I can't understand some of them... She did another one in that style, and then changed it again to a boring commercial of curry. And then (although it's not uploaded here) the girls were shown eating it on the program when the video ended. In other words, in HM@, seems like there's no need to fight over food. Where's the fun on that?

This is the turning point - the ones below are the not so good ones.

06 - Gaki

Gaki does comedian impersonations while talking in Korean. There was some deja vu in seeing her Antonio Inoki monomane, even if it was usually Ogawa who did those back on Hello! Morning... At least back then, even if I had no idea who it was they were impersonating, the costumes would make me laugh. Now these are just boring.

07 - Koharu

Seeing how she's promoted on H!P, you'd think she has a strong presence on HM@, but she doesn't. She only had this one segment. Or maybe she had another one before 2008-02-03 and I don't remember that. Good costume, met my expectations of something absurdly crazy that I wouldn't be able to forget for quite some time (like most things Koha releases), but when it ended, I was just disappointed. All she does is talk very fast. Whatever. Next!

08 - Sayumi

Beware, boring stuff above. I started skipping these some time ago, but maybe some hardcore Sayumi fan can stand it better than me. It's here for completeness, mostly. She does some cheap magic tricks. There's usually an explanation of how she does them at the end of the episodes, but I didn't waste bandwidth on that.

First off HarimaKenji, I would like to thank you for posting and searching all these vids. It must have been a tremendous amount effort and time to sift through various episodes and find the clips, then upload them all up on veoh. XD

Out of all the idol clips, I think I like Lin Lin the most. She’s so freaking weird, yet so cool in her unique way. Not to mention, she’s probably the one that looks unidol-esque which is cool because if the idol industry doesn’t suit her, she could always go to HK and pursue an acting career like Fala Chen.

Hrmmm, I was hoping for SuperKoha to be more hyper and fun in her moutube segment. Yet, it only disappointed me by the fact that she seems so dull with the rest of MM. When she’s on her own, ie: Kirari Revolution, she’s just so genki, I really love her. I especially loved her Ohta Star segments, but HM! isn’t for me…

I found most of the moutube clips to be quite boring aside from Lin Lin. But why the heck does Gaki have a beard in her individual segment. O__O Gaki as a man scares me.

I was laughing so hard with those GakiKame segments... :DD They're really amazing. Especially that throwing thing... Haha I'm starting to like Kamechan more and more. :) She just like someone who could actually be my friend. These two seem like alot of fun to be around.

Linlin and Junjun were great too. Super Mario? LOL at Junjun mushroom. They're funny too.

Games were the best part of Hello! Morning! I wish they'd put more of them in Haromoni@. And I agree about food. Or penalty. But food is better. :) (Random note: Yay! The Finnish flag! Although Mittsui is keeping it the wrong way round. :D)

Aichan is also pretty hilarious with the sheep. I was laughing a lot again. :)

Koha had only one segment? Huh, that was unexpected. I would have loved to see something highly hyper too...

I don't think Sayu was as boring as you said but... well, they weren't great either.

After this I think I can safely say that Hm@ has its good moments too but if this many of the segments featuring the girls are bad then watching a whole episode with lots of other (boring) stuff that doesn't even have anything to do with Momusu - that's too much to ask. I know UFA hasn't got much money but how can they go from the brilliance of H!M to this cheap-looking crap?

Well, at least I had GakiKame and tha Pandas saving my day. :) They were really entertaining. But I think I won't be wasting my time in Hm@ until its image is completely changed.

That is so funny! I was in the process of doing a slightly similar post, and your top two segments are also my top two favorites as well. I like most of the GakiKamei segments, and I love everyones reactions (especially Tanakas) during the basketball scene! The look on JunJun's face during the "Super Mario" bit is priceless! Another favorite of mine is the kid doing the billiard tricks, and their reactions to his facial expressions!
